Hebing Technical Search, Architectural and Engineering Search has been actively involved in technical search and placement out of Rochester, New York for over twenty years. Serving clients throughout the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and southeast. Hebing specializes in the recruitment of qualified individuals requisite to our clients´ needs.
Our Main Focus
Our service includes working closely with designated company representatives to define those needs, identifying and recruiting those most qualified to fill them, and assisting in the negotiations necessary to ensure the hiring of those professionals our clients determine will best suit their organizations. We are associated with several carefully chosen affiliates nationwide who share our philosophy of quality service.
Retained Fee Basis
Our fee structure is now, and has been for years, a great advantage to our valued clients. We charge a nominal monthly retainer and a greatly reduced fee. Clients hiring at least two professionals over a six month period save approximately fifty percent over the standard "employment agency fee." The more people you hire during the term of our contract, the greater your savings. Full details, along with references, will be furnished upon request.
